Luna Rising is a beauty collective of professional and passionate artists brought together to provide a cohesive and complete experience to its clients. Founded by sisters and Pacifica natives Raquel Lopez and Daniela Leiva, services range from hair cutting, color and special event styling to esthetics which include facials, waxing/sugaring, lashes, brows, makeup, and more.
